Jazzercise incorporates all styles of exercise including: cardio, strength training, stretch techniques, yoga, pilates and kickboxing all in one!

Jazzercise is an Innovative Exercise Program

Classes continually vary in choreography and music to bring a sense of new energy to every class. The program combines jazz dance, latin moves, resistance training, Pilates, Yoga, kick boxing and more to create a truly effective workout.
